The recipe collections below are generally low-fat/no oil and Whole Food, Plant Based compliant - centred around starches, with added vegetables and fruit. Richer plant foods such as avocados, olives, whole nuts and seeds as well as nuts and seed butters, mayos, dressings and cheeses are considered Yellow Light foods. How much, and whether these are included on your personal diet plan depends on your health goals, as restrictions may apply when you need to lose weight or are suffering serious health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and others. Together with food allergies and sensitivities, inclusion of these foods should be discussed with your WFPB Health Coach, Dietician or Doctor. If included in a recipe, added free oils such as olive, coconut, and other oils, can generally be omitted.
